What does Kovo cost for you?
Common questions about pricing
How does the free trial work?
You try Kovo for 30 days with all features of the Office plan, without payment details. The trial ends on its own and you don’t take out a subscription. If you want to continue, you choose a plan in the settings. If you subscribe during the trial, you only pay from the end of the trial.
Can we try it more than once?
Each person can try Kovo once for 30 days. If you create another company later, it starts with a subscription right away.
Who counts as a person?
All members of your company. Guests like customers or freelancers who are only invited to single chats or projects cost nothing. We bill at least 3 and at most 25 people; from the 26th on, you don’t pay any more.
What if someone works in several companies?
Each company pays for its own members. If someone is a member in one company and only a guest in another, only the first one pays. With one account, they still see all companies in one view.
How do we pay?
By SEPA direct debit or credit card. The invoice, with VAT shown, comes by email. When people join or leave, we bill pro rata.
How do we cancel?
With monthly billing at the end of the month, with yearly billing at the end of the year. It takes two clicks in the settings, no phone call.
What happens to our data after the trial or after cancelling?
Your company becomes read-only. You can still read and export everything for 60 days, then we delete the data for good. We remind you by email beforehand.
Do we have to move our mailbox?
No. Kovo connects to your current mailbox, for example at IONOS, Strato, all-inkl or your own mail server. Your addresses stay as they are.
Can private individuals sign up for Kovo?
No, Kovo is only for businesses and the self-employed. All prices are net, plus VAT.
