Company files for everyone, files per project that project guests can see too, and “My files” just for you.

Many formats

Edit in the browser: docx, doc, odt, rtf, txt, xlsx, xls, ods, csv, pptx, ppt and odp. PDFs and images open for viewing.

Edit at the same time

Several people in the same document, everyone sees the others’ changes right away.

30 versions per file

Kovo keeps the last 30 versions. You can view, download or restore them.

Trash

Deleted files stay in the trash for 30 days.

What doesn’t work yet

  • Sharing links for people without a Kovo account aren’t available yet. Add customers to the project as guests.
  • Search finds files by name, not by the text inside them.
  • There’s no app yet that syncs folders with your computer.
