What Calendar can do in Kovo
Recurring events
Daily, on certain weekdays, monthly or yearly, until a date or for a number of times. Single events can be moved or cancelled.
Invite customers
Invitations go out by email from your mailbox. Replies come back automatically, and invitations from outside land in your calendar once you accept.
Free or busy
Show your colleagues’ times, each in their own color. When you invite people, you see right away who’s free. Details of private events stay private.
Drag and drop
Create, move and resize events with your mouse. Tasks with a due date show up too.
Reminders
A default reminder for all events, and a custom one per event if you like.
Your settings
Working hours, first day of the week, week numbers, start view and public holidays by German state. Colors per company and colleague.

What doesn’t work yet
- Shared calendars where everyone sees the details, and room booking, aren’t available yet. Colleagues only see when you’re busy.
- The subscription link is read-only. Two-way sync with Outlook or the iPhone calendar doesn’t work yet.
- All times are in German time. Kovo doesn’t support other time zones yet.
