What Mail can do in Kovo

Shared mailboxes

You decide who can use info@ or accounts@, and whether someone can only read or also send.

Personal mailboxes

A mailbox can belong to you instead of the company. No admin can see it, but you can share it with colleagues or hand it over.

Conversations instead of single emails

Emails are grouped into conversations. Reply, reply all and forward with formatted text, Cc, Bcc and attachments.

Search on the mail server too

If Kovo can’t find something in the loaded emails, it keeps searching directly on your mail server. Filters for unread, flagged and with attachment.

Folders, drafts, archive

Create and move folders, pick favorite folders, empty the trash. Kovo saves drafts automatically, on the mail server too.

Rules and out of office

Rules by sender, recipient, subject or attachment. The out-of-office reply has a start and end date and doesn’t answer newsletters.

Signature with logo

Formatted signature with links and images, for you and for each mailbox.

Keep working from the email

Turn it into a task with one click, send the attachment to Finance as a receipt or accept an event invitation.

On your phone and computer

Mail in the mobile app with notifications for new emails. In the desktop app, email links open Kovo directly.

What doesn’t work yet

Signing in with a Microsoft or Google account doesn’t work yet. For Gmail you need an app password.
Send later, follow-up reminders, text snippets and read receipts aren’t available yet.
